線上訂購 ( Ordering online )

步驟1		選購商品加入至購物車結帳 Step 1. Select the products and go to the shopping cart to checkout.
步驟2		確認訂單並完成訂購程序 Step 2. Confirm the order and complete the order procedure.
步驟3		訂單完成時，我們會以E-mail通知買家訂購成功 Step 3. When you complete the order, the merchant will notify the buyer by email that the order has been successfully completed.
步驟4		a. ATM轉帳、超商代碼付款買家，請於期限內付款 (逾期訂單將取消)，付款後系統自動對帳，確認無誤後我們將為您安排出貨，由宅配公司直接配送至指定地點。a. 步驟5		商品出貨，買家收到貨品，完成交易 Step 5. The buyer receives the goods and completes the transaction.

收費方式說明 ( Charging method description )

ATM轉帳		下單後系統自動產生一組轉帳號碼，此帳號為一次性使用，於期限內將訂單金額轉帳至帳號即可。單筆消費金額最高為30,000元。ATM transfer: After placing an order on the goods, the system will automatically generate a set of transfer account codes. This is a one-time using account, and the payment amount can be transferred to the account within the time limit.
線上刷卡		信用卡刷卡一次付清 (支援 VISA、MasterCard、JCB)。Credit Card Online Payment: Pay by credit card in once payment (support VISA, Mastercard, JCB)
超商代碼		系統會產生一組繳款編號，需記下編號，至7-11、全家、萊爾富、OK等超商操作電腦系統 (ibon , FamiPort , Life-ET , okmart)，列印出繳費單，在三小時內至櫃台繳款。單筆消費金額最低50元；最高20,000元。Convenience store payment: The system will generate a set of payment numbers, please write down the number and go to 7-11, Family Mart, Hi-life, OK and other supermarkets, and operate the computer system (i-bon) to print out the payment slip. 如因商品缺貨、停產、瑕疵或系統問題等因素造成無法出貨，本站將擇以下其一（電話、簡訊、email）與顧客聯繫，取消訂單或僅取消異常商品．取消訂單後續處理方式如下：
If the goods can not be delivered due to shortage, stop production, defects or system problems, our official website will choose one of the following (telephone, SMS, email) to contact the customer to cancel the order or only cancel the abnormal goods. The subsequent processing methods of canceling the order are as follows:
1. 使用刷卡結帳：聯繫顧客後直接取消訂單，並以刷退方式退款．

2. ATM轉帳：款項將匯回消費者指定匯款帳號，請於辦理退貨流程中一併提供（戶名、銀行帳戶、分行代碼），退款成功後請消費者自行刷存摺確認．

3. 退貨次數或超取未取比率過高之會員帳號，系統將直接鎖定而無法購買，請直接與客服聯繫重新開通．

退貨說明 ( Return instruction )

對於在【囡仔脯履行社】官方購物網站所購買的商品，按照消費者保護法第19條規定，您可以在收到商品（以物流單據上的簽收日期為準）次日起的七天商品鑑賞期＊內申請退貨，不限一般商品、特價及促銷商品等，退貨時須整筆訂單一併進行，無法部份商品退貨，同時退款金額將不包含運費（物流服務費），退貨商品需包含發票及完整包裝一併退回，如有破損將於退款金額中扣除．

＊請注意『鑑賞期並非試用期』，退回的商品必須是全新狀態且包裝完整（含商品本體、配件、贈品及原包裝袋盒），如已下水洗滌、自行加工、沾附異味或外觀髒汙等，恕無法為您提供退換貨服務．

【囡仔脯履行社】全站皆享購買之商品，自到貨隔日起算七天之鑑賞（非試用）之權益。並且如鑑賞期間內商品不符合標準，消費者可於鑑賞期限內採以下方式進行退貨申請，逾期恕不受理．

◎ 退貨發票
1. 二聯式發票請隨退貨寄回或收回，若因特殊情形有『銷貨退回或折讓證明單』之需求時，不必將發票寄回，並在申請時已同意由浩恩貿易有限公司，代為處理銷貨退回或折讓證明單，以加速退款作業流程處理．
2. 三聯式發票若退貨請直接與我們聯絡．

◎ 退貨條件
所申請之退貨商品，需符合以下所述退貨條件．
1. 商品在7天鑑賞期內．
2. 商品保持完好、未經使用、洗滌或修改、無沾染異味或污漬等痕跡．
3. 商品的外包裝完好無損（包括外包裝箱或外包裝袋），商品附件、說明書、吊牌、標識、標籤等齊全．
4. 附加的贈品需一併退回，贈品等同於一般商品，請保持贈品的完整性．
5. 退貨須整筆訂單進行，無法部份商品退貨，訂單若遭取消及退貨，所有站內購物金、紅利積點及折扣碼等均無法返還

◎ 退款作業
申請退貨完成且商品已退還確認後，【囡仔脯履行社】將按付款方式進行退款程序．
1. 信用卡一次付清：退款申請流程通過後，將由後台系統發出已退款通知信。七日鑑賞期內消費款項將於10個工作日後退刷於原消費信用卡帳戶，退刷作業期間若已跨消費者信用卡結帳日，退款將列於次月帳單．
2. ATM轉帳：款項將匯回消費者指定匯款帳號，請於辦理退貨流程中一併提供（戶名、銀行帳戶、分行代碼），退款成功後請消費者自行刷存摺確認．

◎ 瑕疵判定
為尊重消費者權益，我們將遵守相關法律要求及政策。申請瑕疵退貨前，請注意以下幾點：
1. 線頭、毛邊（常見於紡品類商品）、因顯示器不同而產生的色差、厚薄爭議（個人定義不同無法鑒別）、織法、手感、組織細節方面問題均不屬於品質瑕疵問題．
2. 因款式、顏色、個人主觀意願和喜好變化等因素申請退換貨，不屬於商品瑕疵問題．
3. 因使用、洗滌、維護或保養後所造成的損壞，以及自行修理、修改或其他人為或外力因素造成的商品破損，皆不屬於商品瑕疵問題．
4. 若因尺寸問題申請退貨，不屬於品質瑕疵問題。選購商品前，請先參考商品標準公差及尺寸表．

◎ 無法退貨
1. 非購買於【囡仔脯履行社】官方購物網站之商品，不論是一般商品或瑕疵商品皆同．
2. 購買商品已超過商品鑑賞期．
3. 退貨商品、配件、包裝或贈品不齊全或破損．
4. 退貨商品有被使用、洗滌、加工處理(如：尺寸修改)、汙(破)損、毀壞、商品吊牌破損遺失或剪標等．

運費說明 ( Shipping descriptions )

全館購物滿2000元免運費 Free shipping for purchases over 2,000 NTD.
未滿2000元，酌收150元運費 Less than 2,000 NTD, have to pay 150 NTD freight.
如您的訂單有現貨商品出貨約3-10工作天；預購商品出貨約7-45個工作天（不含週六日及國定例假日）完成出貨．
